J&N Home Improvements was founded by Nicholas El Maalouf and Jacoub Isaac two professionals who share a belief that exceptional homes deserve exceptional builders.

Nicholas brings hands on building expertise developed through years in the construction industry, alongside a commitment to quality that runs through everything J&N delivers. Jacoub brings over six years of carpentry experience, with a strong practical understanding of residential construction, craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Together, they formed J&N with a clear vision: to offer Sydney homeowners a renovation experience that is seamless, professional, and genuinely builder led.
