Are appliances included?
No — appliances are excluded from every package so you're free to choose your own. We're happy to supply and price them as an add-on if you'd rather have it all handled in one quote.
How long will my kitchen be out of action?
Most kitchens take two to four weeks from demolition to handover. We'll give you a start and finish date in writing, and we can set up a temporary sink and bench so you're not without a kitchen the whole time.
Can I keep my existing cabinetry?
Yes — that's exactly what The Refresh package is for. If the carcasses are sound we replace the doors, drawer fronts, handles and benchtop, which is a fraction of the cost of a full rebuild.
Do you organise all the trades?
Yes — Nick and Jacoub coordinate every trade on your job personally, including cabinetmaking, stonemasonry, plumbing and electrical, so you've got one point of contact from quote to completion.
Do you provide warranties?
Every job is backed by a 12 month workmanship guarantee and projects over $20,000 are covered by Home Building Compensation insurance as required by NSW law.
